AI agents

AI agent development services

AI agents go beyond answering questions. They plan, use tools, check their own work and finish tasks, and we build them with the permissions, approvals and audit trails that make that safe.

Overview

AI Agents, explained.

An AI agent is a system where a language model decides which steps to take and which tools to call, such as searching a database, updating a CRM record, sending a draft for approval or running a calculation, until a goal is met. Agents are well suited to repetitive, multi-step work that follows judgement rather than a fixed script.

The difficult parts of agent development are not the model. They are tool design, permissions, recovering from errors, knowing when to stop and ask a person, and keeping a full record of what the agent did and why. That is where most of our engineering effort goes.

We start agents with narrow, high-value tasks and a human approval step, then widen their autonomy only as measured reliability earns it.

What we deliver

AI Agents services we deliver.

  • Workflow automation agents

Agents that move work through multi-step processes such as triage, data entry, reconciliation and follow-ups.

  • Tool & API integration

Safe, well-described tools that let agents read and write in your CRM, ticketing, ERP, email and databases.

  • Human-in-the-loop approvals

Review queues where people approve, edit or reject an agent’s proposed actions before anything changes.

  • Research & analysis agents

Agents that gather information from many sources, compare it and produce a structured brief with references.

  • Multi-agent systems

Specialised agents for planning, execution and checking that hand work to each other with clear contracts.

  • Agent observability

Step-by-step traces, cost tracking, failure alerts and replay so every agent run can be inspected and improved.

Use cases

Where it creates real value.

  • Customer support

An agent reads a ticket, looks up the order, drafts the reply and proposes a refund for a human to approve in one click.

  • Sales operations

Lead research, CRM enrichment and personalised follow-up drafts prepared overnight for the sales team to review.

  • Finance & back office

Invoice matching, expense checks and exception reports, with anything unusual routed to a person.

  • Engineering teams

Agents that summarise incidents, triage bug reports and open well-described tickets with logs attached.

How we deliver

A clear path from idea to launch.

  1. Pick a bounded task

We choose a task with clear inputs, a clear finish line and measurable value, and map every system it touches.

  2. Design tools and permissions

Each tool gets a narrow scope, input validation and the least access it needs; risky actions require approval.

  3. Test against real scenarios

We replay historic cases and edge cases to measure success rate, error handling and cost per completed task.

  4. Roll out gradually

Shadow mode first, then approvals, then autonomy for proven paths, with traces and alerts throughout.

What you receive

  • Task map of systems, tools and approval points
  • Tool library with scoped permissions
  • Agent with a human approval queue
  • Step-by-step traces and replay
  • Success-rate and cost report per task type

Governance by design

Our own app welikethisone lets its community decide what stays through open votes that run for a fixed day and end with a clear outcome. We apply the same principle to agents: actions are visible, reviewable and reversible.

AI Agents FAQ

Common questions.

Answers to what clients ask most about our ai agents services.

A chatbot mainly answers questions in a conversation. An AI agent works towards a goal by planning steps and using tools, such as looking up records, updating systems or sending drafts, and can complete tasks with or without a conversation.

They can be when designed carefully. We give each tool the minimum permissions it needs, validate every input, require human approval for consequential actions and log every step so actions can be audited and reversed.

Repetitive, multi-step tasks that need some judgement, have clear success criteria and currently consume skilled people’s time, such as ticket triage, data enrichment, reconciliation and report preparation.

We track task success rate on a test set of real cases, how often it escalates to a person, error types, time saved and cost per completed task, before and after launch.
